Grounding and bring back your energies

Concentrate on your root chakra. Imagine a rope, a root or whatever you are comfortable with growing from your root chakra going deep into mother earth. Anchor it in the center of the earth with an anchor, or tying it to a tree root. Intend for your grounding cord to pull any energy down it that is not yours, any believes you hold that no longer serve you, judgment, criticism, guilt, anger, frustration, sadness, unworthiness, etc… You don’t have to do anything but allow this to happen, let gravity work for you in this process. Intend for this to continue to do this for you.

Now that these energies are leaving your energy field, there are holes left where they use to be, and if you don’t fill them with your own energy, then something else will fill that void for you and it may no be for your highest good. So we now need to call back your energy and fill the voids.

Now imagine a Golden ball above your head and in that ball is a magnet that will pull all your energy into that ball from the past, future and any issues you are working on. That magnet will also pull your energy of joy, amusement, and anything else you want to attract into that ball (money, happiness, health, etc…). See that ball growing bigger and bigger as the energy is pulled into it and when you fill that it is full, reach up with your hand and pop a hole in the bottom of it. Let that energy flow into your 7^th chakra filling your head and moving down to fill your throat, torso, arms, legs and then pouring into your energy field around you. This energy will fill your entire being, all the way down to atoms, molecules, and DNA.

Once you are filled completely with your own energy, then slowly open your eyes and pat your body to bring yourself back. Check your grounding cord a few times a day to see if it is still working for you, if not then release the old grounding cord to mother earth and do this process again. I suggest that this be part of your daily meditation. Every time you make a new grounding cord it grows stronger.
